This tour will teach you about fishing and nori production from the Ariake Sea in the Funatsu district of Kawachi. A specialist will explain the nori farming industry in Kawachi and the tidal flats of the Ariake Sea, which has the largest tidal range in Japan. After that, you will tour a nori processing plant. We hope you will learn about nori farming, which can only be seen in a few places in Japan, and understand the value of Ariake nori.
