再生い草のリース＆しめ縄作り体験

  • 畳表にするには長さが足りず捨てられてしまう予定だったい草を農家から買い取り、リース作りに再利用することで「未来へ い草の畳を繋ぐ」プログラムです。11月～12月はい草のしめ縄作りができます。癒しの香りに包まれながら、落ち着いた和の空間をお楽しみください。
    This program uses short rush grass that cannot be used for tatami mats. Farmers sell the leftover grass to Ichijoya, and we reuse it to make wreaths, helping to “connect tatami to the future.”
    From November to December, you can make shimenawa (traditional New Year decorations). Enjoy the calm Japanese-style atmosphere and the pleasant scent of the grass while making your wreath.
